Earth Sanctuary will make our best effort to take care of Earth Sanctuary Memorial Trees, but “nature can happen:” windstorms, fallen trees, extreme drought, disease, etc. Earth Sanctuary’s liability is restricted to replanting lost or damaged trees or providing another tree as a memorial.
